Whistleblowing
In order to promote a culture of ethics and legality in the workplace, as well as to create a climate of transparency, Agorà S.p.a. has set up an online reporting channel (also anonymously) for any violations or alleged misconduct committed by individuals within the corporate organization, known as "whistleblowing."
Agorà S.p.a. ensures the highest level of protection, confidentiality, and safeguards for the whistleblower from retaliation, unlawful influence, discomfort, and discrimination of any kind for having duly reported a violation in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree 24/2023.
This reporting channel exclusively concerns violations stipulated by the aforementioned regulations, listed below:
a) Crimes and misconduct related, among other things, to the following behaviors:
- Corruption;
- Money laundering, financial, tax, and accounting offenses;
- Conflicts of interest;
- Protection of privacy and personal data;
- Anti-competitive practices;
- Trade sanctions;
- Safety and compliance of products and services;
- Public health;
- Security of networks and information systems;
- Environmental protection;
- Corporate tax evasion;
- Fraud.
b) Threat or detriment to the public interest;
c) Unlawful and relevant conduct under Legislative Decree 231/2001;
d) Violation of existing laws on moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, and violence in the workplace;e) Failure to respect human rights;
